Fremman, a private equity firm focused on strategic growth and operational improvements for its portfolio companies, faced a common industry challenge—managing vast amounts of complex data. Their investor relations, co-investors, and key stakeholder data were stored in Excel spreadsheets, leading to inefficiencies and limited team visibility. Without a centralised system, managing relationships and tracking key data was cumbersome, making it challenging to maintain a single source of truth.

Fremman needed a robust CRM system to streamline operations, reduce errors, and provide greater insight into their private equity activities to remain competitive and drive better decision-making.

Project Overview
